CHILD SAFETY CATCHES ON ALL LOW LEVEL DRAWERS AND CUPBOARDS Lounge - Large comfy sofa, reading light, drop leaf table with stowaway chairs x 4, 65" Roku TV. Net curtains and blackout curtains cover the French doors which lead you to the private back garden. Back Garden - Private and secure decked area with gated exits. There are seat cushions, rugs and lights inside the garden storage box. Please note this is a private area for use only by guests, however, the neighbour upstairs does have access rights to get to their back garden. The grassed area beyond gate to the rear is communial and you are welcome to enjoy that as well. Bathroom - Full bathroom with large basin, P shaped shower bath and dual head rainfall shower. The accommodation was well thought out, user-friendly, clean (smelled nice), and was well set up for guests. We had a great stay, though we were only using the accommodation as a bed for the night. I would book this accommodation again without hessitation.

The apartment served as a great place to stay for my wife and I and our dog (Milo). I was attending a trade show at the P&J Live which meant we were looking for somewhere relatively quiet and with good access to the beach for dog walking. it took me 15 minutes each morning to get to the trade show and my wife was able to take a stroll along the Esplanade. The apartment was very clean. The shower excellent. A nice private garden which extended into a larger shared lawned area. There are Tv's in both bedrooms and the lounge. Netflix, Prime etc I'd stay here again without a doubt.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described-clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, from the cozy furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen, which made our stay feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and transport, yet still peaceful and relaxing. Communication with the host was excellent throughout-they were friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and we really appreciated the little extra touches that made our stay special. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay! This place had everything we could have asked for when traveling with a baby, a toddler and a dog. It was super clean, beautifully modern and had loads of extra little touches. The deck outside is lovely especially when the sun came out (Shame that was that morning we were checking out!) It's in a great location too. So close to the beach and a short taxi to the centre. I have to comment on the beds because they were so bloody comfy and cozy! A great sleep had by all! I really don't have a bad thing to say about this place. We will be staying here the next time we are in Aberdeen!

Laura’s house is very confortable and well placed to enjoy Aberdeen and the region around. The area is very quiet , and having a parking place available is very convenient We recommend this rental
